Chairman Salmon called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Andy Busa – subdivision
Mr. Busa appeared before the Board this evening to discuss his proposal for subdividing property he owns on Jay Street through to Tuscarora Road into two lots representing approximately 4.69 acres of land total. Lot 1 would have road frontages on Alice Drive and Tuscarora Road and Lot 2 would have frontage on Jay Street. The property is located in a low-density residential zone. Mr. Busa completed a short form SEQR, but there are now new forms in effect as of January 1, 2019 that will need to be completed for this application. This information will need to be forwarded to Madison County Planning. Mr. Busa was instructed to provide a larger map which will be sent to the County for their review. The Board set a public hearing date of February 4 at 6:30 p.m. for the subdivision.
The Board members reviewed the minutes of December 3, 2018. Upon the motion made by Joyce Newkirk, seconded by Scott Pellman, minutes of December 3, 2018 approved as written. All members present voting in favor.
Sun Chevrolet – Lighting Update 111/113 Genesee Street
The Board members reviewed the information from Barton & Loguidice on the changes, corrections to the lighting at 111/113 Genesee Street. Chuck White from B & L has written that he is satisfied with the changes/corrections that have been made to lighting; there has been an effort on the part of Sun Chevrolet to minimize the lighting spillage at the sight.

Nothing new to report at this date.
