Present: Dan Welker, John Ceresoli, Brian O’Connor, Jason Tardio, Mark Pulver,
Absent: Gene Dayton, Paul Adams (at Madison County training)
Chairman Welker called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
The Board members reviewed the minutes of March 19, 2018. Upon the motion made by Brian O’Connor, seconded by John Ceresoli, minutes of March 19, 2018 approved as written. All members present voting in favor.
Jason spoke to the Board members this evening briefly about some renovations he is planning for property he owns at 113 Falls Boulevard, including roofing, door changes, siding and foundation color. The Board suggested he attend the next Planning Board meeting and review these changes with them as 113 Falls Boulevard would fall under the Comprehensive Plan review. Mr. Tardio said he would plan to attend the May 2018 meeting for Planning.
Mark Pulver appeared at the meeting. The Board introduced themselves to Mayor Pulver and he to the Board. Chairman Welker explained the purpose for the Zoning Board.
The next meeting of the Zoning Board will be May 21.
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m. upon the motion made by Brian O’Connor, seconded by Jason Tardio. All members present voting in favor.
