Chairman Salmon called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Minutes

The Board members reviewed the minutes of May 7, 2018. Upon the motion made by Scott Pellman, seconded by Andy Jones minutes of May 7, 2018 approved as written. All members present voting in favor.

The Board members reviewed the minutes of May 21, 2018. Upon the motion made by Joyce Newkirk, seconded by Bob Lake, minutes of May 21, 2018 approved as written. All members present voting in favor.

Eagle Scout Project

Ben Kingsley is working on his Eagle Scout Project and he has been working with Jim English at the Botanical Park. Ben is proposing to install irrigation lines and hook up water spigots and attach the lines to the well that was dug at the Park. His plan is to install 400 ft of line. He was asking help from the Village for crusher run and stone dust for the project. The Board suggested that Ben attend a Village Board meeting on June 26 as that would really be the place to make this report and request. Ben and his dad thanked the Board for listening to his information. Ben’s phone number is 315-741-6451. The Secretary advised him that she will let the Mayor and Deputy Mayor know and put him on the agenda for the 26^th.

The next meeting is July 2. Andy Jones and Karl Anderson will not be available for the July 2 meeting.

With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m. upon the motion made by Andy Jones and seconded by Bob Lake. All members present voting in favor.
