Chairman Salmon called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

Lisa Gardinier – Subdivision 517 Race Street

Mrs. Gardinier appeared before the Board to explain her plan to divide a piece of property at 517 Race Street that Gardinier Rentals, LLC owns and of which she is a member. She presented a subdivision map showing the planned subdivision; lot 2A with the existing barn and property with a proposed frontage of 100’ and lot 2b vacant land with 147’ frontage on Race Street. The property is located in Special Business zone. The Board advised her that this information will need to go to the Madison County Planning Board. The Board briefly reviewed the information presented. The Board set a public hearing date for Monday, November 5, 2018 at 7 p.m.


Upon the motion made by Joyce Newkirk, seconded by Scott Pellman, the Board members approved the minutes of September 17, 2018. All members present voting in favor.

With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. upon the motion made by Scott Pellman, seconded by Joyce Newkirk. All members present voting in favor.
