Chairman Welker called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.
The Board members reviewed the minutes of February 4, 2019. Upon the motion made by John Ceresoli, seconded by Brian O’Connor, minutes of February 4, 2019 approved as written.
Attorney Frederick Micale and Stephanie Perotti appeared before the Board this evening to discuss the scheduling of a public hearing for a Special Permit to operate a dog boarding business at property located 112 Salt Springs Road. The property was recently rezoned to low density residential and is owned by Stephanie Perotti. Attorney Micale highlighted the process to date with the re-zoning of the property. The Board briefly reviewed the short form SEQR which appears to be an Unlisted action having a negative impact. The Board discussed setting the date for the public hearing. The hearing will be held on April 15, 2019 at 7 p.m. The Board advised the Secretary to submit the application to the Madison County Planning Board due to its proximity to a County maintained road. The Board thanked Attorney Micale and Ms. Perotti for attending the meeting this evening.
The Secretary advised that there is training available on April 27 (Saturday) if there is anyone else on the Board wishing to attend.
John Ceresoli advised he will be away for the April meeting.
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
