Acting Chairman Ceresoli called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Minutes

The Board reviewed the minutes of October 15, 2018. Upon the motion made by Brian O’Connor, seconded by Gene Dayton, minutes of October 15, 2018 approved as written. All members present voting in favor.

Village Holiday Party

The Village Holiday Party is scheduled for December 7, 2018.

With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
